When will my order Ship?

Processing time of orders is 2-3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 2-7 business days for in-store products, after the processing time. For products not held in-store, processing time is 4-12 days.

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at infoshopparooz@gmail.com Please include in the subject line (RETURN, ORDER #)  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6504 28th St. SE Suite E, Grand Rapids, MI 49456

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not refund shipping cost, or be responsible for return/exchange shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for damages made during the shipping process. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  We do not accept returns on Holiday item, along with Parooz Collection Boxes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. That is a FINAL SALE.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will I receive my Refund?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be applied to your account.

How do I start the Return Process?

Please contact us FIRST at  infoshopparooz@gmail.com for directions on how to start the return and/or exchange process.

Please include in your email: Order Number, Full Name and reason for returning/exchanging.

Again, all returns/exchanges need to be completed within 7 days of receiving product(s).


Do you offer Local Pickup?

We do offer a store pickup option. Simply select that option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Clothing/Jewelry/etc. that is available ONLINE only still follows the above processing/shipping window time. Live locally - select local pickup and we will notify you when your product(s) arrives in the store.

I'm a maker, How do I get my items in your store?

We are always looking for fun, unique products for our store.
